Merge changes to finally get the proper PC header working. before we were using what appears the mobile header now that another video featuring splatnet has been found. I previously had presumed that since the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUFY289g_Sg) was recorded on a wiiu, it would show the PC ui. NOPE! the video here shows otherwise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLaa3RUNDU8 Header now appears as follows: image

upon further investigation, the wiiu appears to use a slightly modified version, however the banner is still the same, with the exception of the splatnet logo. it uses the old layout prior to the change (centered splatnet logo with wave), but a hamburger bar. upon clicking it will darken everything & open the button selection menu.
